Three in one! - Mobile Bank for individuals combines services available through the Bank's portal, the Internet bank's Web application, and the one-time code generator. With this application, you will now have your own mobile virtual branch on your mobile device, through which you can easily and conveniently learn more about our products and services in a modern way, find the nearest units of our business network, locate the closest ATMs, view your accounts, make payments, and transfers.

What is Mobile Bank?

The application is free to use! - If you are an existing customer, without the need to visit the Bank and sign a new agreement, log in through the Internet bank's website, register your mobile device, and start using the service right away! With the application, you can perform the following transactions: payments to other individuals or companies (PP30), payments to public institutions (PP50), payments for public services, fund transfers to/from your accounts or cards or savings accounts.

Our approach is open - You can use the application even if you are not currently a user of the Internet bank. Before deciding to register and activate it, you can use publicly available services for our products and services, geolocation services to find the nearest unit of our business network, etc. To test access to account status services and perform payments and transfers, use the demo user.

Convenience is not a luxury - At present, this application is the only one in our country that offers a specially adapted interface for tablet work to optimally utilize the screen surface and simplify navigation and access to services. It's up to you whether you include your computer or use your tablet at home.

We have combined security and simplicity for you - Instead of needing to enter a username and password and carry an additional security token or one-time code generator device, access to your account status and transactions as well as making payments and transfers will be done with a PIN chosen by you.

Please adhere to security recommendations and do not use the application on a jailbroken, rooted, or in any other way security-compromised mobile device where the original factory software has been replaced with third-party software.

Registration and activation

If you want to track the status, transactions, and reserved funds of your accounts for successful registration of your mobile device and activation of the application, you need to follow these 5 steps:

1. When first logging into Mobile Bank, identify yourself with your existing username and password used for the Internet bank's Web application services.
2. Upon successful login, you will be shown a view of your digital camera built into your mobile device to scan the QR code.
3. Login to the Internet bank's Web application and in the My Devices section mark your mobile device and click on Activate Device button.
4. Scan the displayed QR code using the digital camera built into your device.
5. Select your PIN for Mobile Bank login and confirm it.

Wherever you are, now your Internet bank will truly follow you at every step.
